I bring a total of 18 years experience to the table in both residential and commercial construction and have hands on knowledge in all phases of home construction, repair and remodeling, ranging from designing, foundations, plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing, waterproofing and structural repair.

Advanced Waterproofing is a family owned and operated business. In 1992 after returning back home from military service I decided to form my first business, Diamond Point Construction. The business grew rapidly. Eventually employing over fifty full time employees. After sometime it was clear to me an extremely large need in the field of home restoration was, basement, and crawl space repair. I soon formed a partnership with, Tom Cassidy, and we named the new enterprise, A – 1 Crawl Space and Basement Repair. Tom and I started out in the back of our pick-ups with just a few tools and a dream. We did all the sales, labor, grunt work and customer relations. The business grew very well over the course of the next few years. We did business under the name A – 1 Crawl Space and Basement Repair until January, 2005 , During 2003, When it became apparent that it was once again time to grow and expand. To become better at what we already did of providing quality service to our customers. We needed a name that would match nicely with the company motto, Get the job done right the First Time! It was really quite simple; I examined what we where already doing in the field of waterproofing and seen were we where heading with the advanced systems and approaches we were already using and ADVANCED WATERPROOFING was born.

Everything I do in business is about one question. How can I deliver a better product, more advanced system than my competition, at less cost to my customer? As you begin your comparisons of different and choosing the right company for you, I’m convinced you will see I’m able to deliver the latest technology at much less cost you. Additionally unlike some companies that have dealerships and are forced to use only products from those dealerships, Advanced Waterproofing does not have that constraint. We have many suppliers that we use for specialty products. I have found over the years that Waterproofing, Mold Remediation and Foundation repair is not a, one size fits all business. By having many different suppliers I’m able to offer custom solutions that are specific to each job. We’re a small company that takes a great deal of pride in the work we do.
